• All rates are per night based on double occupancy and do not include 8% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax. Each additional person will be $30 each.
• A two night minimum is required from May 15-October 31st.
• A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Full Payment due if reservation is less than a month away.
• Check, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
• Should there be any damage to your room there will be an additional charge.
• Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you should cancel within the 2 week period before arrival there will be a $25.00/night service fee. If you have to cancel 48 hours or less before your scheduled arrival date you will be charged in full.
• Check In time is between 2 and 6 p.m. Late arrivals just call and let us know when to expect you. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
